This training course, mandatory for workers in companies classified as low-risk, is regulated by Article 37, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State-Region Agreement of April 17, 2025. The legislation outlines the content, duration, and delivery methods for the training. The course provides practical tools and essential knowledge for identifying, preventing, and managing workplace risks, building a safety culture and encouraging responsible and aware behavior within the workplace.
Requirements:
- Adequate proficiency in Italian (for Italian-language courses)
- Adequate proficiency in English (for English-language courses)
- Attendance of at least 90% of the total course hours
- Stable internet connection (for online courses via videoconference)
- Maximum of 30 participants per session

Learning Objectives:
The course aims to provide workers with fundamental knowledge on risk assessment, prevention, and protection. It focuses on the organization of workplace health and safety, the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, and emphasizes specific workplace hazards, emergency procedures, and tailored risk management strategies.
Course Structure:
The course consists of:
- A “general” module, lasting 4 hours
- A “specific” module, lasting 4 hours
Teaching Methodology:
The course adopts a highly interactive teaching approach designed to engage participants actively, stimulate discussion, and leverage real-life work experiences through case studies. It is conducted by qualified instructors with expertise in occupational health and safety, all meeting the requirements set by D.M. 06/03/2013 and accredited by Federsicurezza Italia and/or OPN EFEI Italia. This training provides a solid, authoritative, and engaging learning experience, ideal for those wishing to acquire immediately applicable, hands-on skills in the workplace.
Training Materials:
At the end of the course, participants will receive digital copies of all materials used by the trainers, including valuable content to deepen and consolidate the skills acquired. These materials will provide practical tools that can be directly applied in the participants” professional activities.

Test Assessment:
To verify learning outcomes, each participant will take a multiple-choice test at the end of the course. A score of at least 70% is required to pass, ensuring the participant has acquired practical and applicable knowledge.
Certification:
Upon successfully passing the final assessment, participants will receive a nationally recognized certificate via email, complete with a Unique Authentication Code. This certificate confirms the company’s compliance with legal training requirements, enhances workplace safety, and protects the employer from penalties for failing to meet mandatory worker”s training obligations.
